Levels of Care and Our Approach
At Steps to Recovery, we provide two different programs for mental health and substance use treatment in an environment that promotes recovery through personal motivation in a safe, caring, and compassionate space. We offer each client an ideal backdrop while helping them build the foundation for a lasting recovery.
Levels of Care
Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP)
Our partial hospitalization program (PHP) is comprised of small, intimate primary process groups, ACT, DBT, and CBT application groups, and mindfulness, nutrition, and relationship groups. PHP is offered from 9:00 am to 2:30 pm Monday through Saturday. Each client in PHP attends therapy sessions with a clinician twice per week to navigate their individual needs, as well as a psychiatric evaluation and a medication management follow-up on a weekly basis.
Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
STRIDE Program Recovery Housing
Our IOP program also offers recovery housing (STRIDE Program) and supports clients as they integrate back into their communities, offering flexibility with daytime and nighttime services. Each client attends programming three times per week while they live in recovery housing that is staffed by qualified, certified recovery specialists. Our recovery specialists serve as case managers, helping clients with real-world skill building focusing on gainful employment, permanent housing, public transportation, and community integration.
