Ana Frederick is the Care Manager for Steps to Recovery. Ana graduated from Virginia Tech with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology. She is currently in school completing her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Walden University. She has many years practicing customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills. As an alumnus of Steps to Recovery and a person with a year of sobriety, Ana enjoys engaging the clients in topics related to treatment and recovery. As Care Manager, some of Ana’s duties include completing intake paperwork, handling short-term disability and FMLA claims, working with the client to manage their aftercare, and developing personal and productive relationships with clients and their families. Ana has confidence in her organizational and communication skills, ensuring she meets all the needs of the clients in a considerate and efficient manner. In her spare time, Ana enjoys meaningful talks with her friends, singing and playing guitar, reading, and helping others.
