CIVIQ health has collaborated with our insurance partners and the PA Department of Drug and Alcohol Programming to expand our MAT services to include Suboxone Maintenance.
STR has had a long history of using medications like Vivitrol and Sublocade to supplement clinical treatment. We recognize the importance of increasing access to care and offering multiple pathways to recovery. We are now accepting clients into our Recovery Housing, IOP, and PHP programs that are on Suboxone Maintenance. Our enhanced procedures and protocols allow us to ensure that this vital medication can be used to enhance our client’s clinical experience.
- On-site Suboxone, Vivitrol, and Sublocade Provider

What is Suboxone?
Like other Medication-Assisted Treatments, Suboxone is designed to reduce drug use behaviors and to decrease the risk of overdose.
When included in a recovery plan, Suboxone should not only reduce opioid cravings, but it is also expected to relieve pain, increase calmness, improve overall well-being, reduce stress levels and worry, and help the patient engage in treatment.
