As Director of Quality Assurance, Lauren oversees the quality and efficacy of all of STR’s services, constantly striving to improve client care. Lauren is also our acting safety and infection control officer, ensuring that Steps to Recovery is a safe place for our clients to recover in. Lauren’s strong work ethic, attention to detail, and personal experience in recovery have made her a valuable asset to the team.
